class=\"par_con\">\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;histoire de la sauce\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p>Mo Fini, le fondateur de Tumi Crafts au Royaume-Uni a pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 35 ans en Am\u00e9rique latine, en particulier au Mexique o\u00f9 il a une petite maison \u00e0 Guadalajara qu\u2019il partage avec de vieux amis mexicains.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p>Il aime passer du temps avec les artisans, mais aussi dans la cuisine avec ses amis mexicains pour pr\u00e9parer les repas, souvent tr\u00e8s \u00e9pic\u00e9s, le piment \u00e9tant l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient principal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p>Rendez-vous compte: il existe plus de 20 types de piments diff\u00e9rents dont les Mexicains se servent pour leurs plats typiques tels que le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre\u00a0<em>Mole<\/em>\u00a0qui en int\u00e8gre 16 sortes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p>Pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner, la sauce chili est vers\u00e9e sur les oeufs frits, sur la <em>torta<\/em>\u00a0(Sandwich).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p>A la mi-journ\u00e9e vous mangerez au moins une demi-douzaine de piments et, le soir, la table est color\u00e9e de sauces \u00e0 base de piment, rouge ou vert.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"par_con\">\n<p>Mo est tellement accro \u00e0 la sauce Chilli que sa maison du Royaume-Uni, tout comme au Mexique, ressemble \u00e0 un champ de piments, qu\u2019il cultive en pots tout autour de ses maisons et, bien s\u00fbr, il y a toujours de la sauce Chilli sur la achet\u00e9 leurs Cortijos \u00e0 Las Alpujarras en Andalousie, la premi\u00e8re chose qu\u2019ils ont cultiv\u00e9 \u00e9tait le piment mexicain, les tomates mexicaines et les l\u00e9gumes bios.\u00a0Ils ont appel\u00e9 leur ferme \u00ab\u00a0Cortijos Rey Fini\u00a0\u00bb, Cortijo \u00e9tant \u00a0un mot maure\u00a0 signifiant \u201cferme\u201d ou \u201cchalet\u201d.\u00a0Ils louent leurs trois cortijos pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et les clients peuvent se servir des produits cultiv\u00e9s sur les terres.\u00a0Pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2013, Mo a s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es je ne me suis pas content\u00e9 de manger quotidiennement la sauce de piment fort, mais j\u2019ai aussi appris \u00e0 la pr\u00e9parer.
